I would like to lose 8 pounds between now and March 30th. My scale has been stuck in one spot for too long, its time for it to get moving again.
Today: Had a bowl of yogurt for breakfast with a 16 oz water. Lunch was another bowl of yogurt with glass of water. Special K bar as a snack....going strong, no insane hunger pangs yet (but using the bathroom every 3 minutes though it seems!)
