Well I finally made it to a normal BMI today! I weighted in at 138.5, which is a 24.9 BMI. At my very highest I was 175 lbs. and 31.5 BMI, considered obese, and worried about my health. It's been a long couple of years, but I'm finally sticking to the right path this time!
I don't post as much as I should, but I lurk like it's my job, and I couldn't have done with without 3FC, so thank you everyone!
