My first 10 pounds!
Well...as I've said before...I've been binging for a long time...nearly a year. I lost 90 pounds last year and gained all of it back plus a few more pounds.
Earlier this month I decided to make a "One year plan" which I stick to for a year and see where I end up at.
Today I learned that I had lost my first 10 pounds, and I've realized that I am back onto my diet again...FOR GOOD!
And the best part is that I'm completely comfortable. I always feel better about myself when I am dieting and improving. I have a long way to go...but I think this is going to be much easier and more successful than last time.
I am going to make THIS diet my LAST diet and work on my lifestyle change. Already I feel a little different.
I know it's a small accomplishment, but it's been a long time since I've been in my groove...and I feel like, and will make sure, that I am back for good!
