NSV... Under 40

My first NSV that made me a little proud is my BMI is finally under 40! It's 39.2 as of today... ^-^ I've spent a lot of time with my BMI about 43, and the number felt daunting. 39 seems manageable, ****, it is proof that my weight CAN be managed. To me, a BMI of 39 is a lot less scary than a weight of 221, what do you think? ^-^

Congratulations on your nsv.....It is funny when I look at only weight it seems daunting....when I consider NSV, I don't get discouraged. Have a great day.
