Overweight not Obese
 

As of this morning, my BMI is 29.7. Officially in the "Overweight" category.

Considering I've been obese since probably late middle school/early high school, I'll take it.

Almost a month before my Feb 1st goal date, too!

Today I also passed the "100 lbs lost since the number on the scale that scared me half to death" mark today - 294 pounds. Today I'm more than 100 lbs less than that.

This is so weird. Good weird, I think.
