Alright... I came very close to my first set of mini goals, which would have brought me down a total of 20lbs by new years. As of today, Jan 3, I'm down 19 so I'm ok with that.
My next set of goals is:
9lbs by jan 31 (this will officially be the weight I was when I (A) gave up on weight watchers and (B) started my desk job.... meaning I will have taken off ALL of the weight I had GAINED from October 2005-November2006)
And additional 11-15lbs by March 10 which will bring me into ONEDERLAND just in time for the next big wedding I have to go to.
It is getting a bit easier at least!
