Well as of this morning I am 1 lb below my New Year's goal. It kind of came as a shock as I dropped the last 3 lbs ummmm super fast. I know for a fact that probably 2 lbs are the water weight I keep on when I am exercising regularly and they got dropped because of not working out this week. (ds too sick to take to gym, then he went in hospital)
So probably when I start working out again, the 2lbs will come back, but as I told someone else just last week, if I am sticking to program, I record all lows and ignore the rest...it just might take awhile before I get to record again!
I made it!
I am coincidentally at the weight that I ran my marathon. That marathon was 1 year after my first baby. This is 10.5 weeks after my second and I delivered at EXACTLY the same weight. This is soooo much better!
