Default A mini goal for a soon to be mini me . . .
I previously posted this on the wrong forum (sorry). . .
Anyway, here are some pics of me and the little progress I've made . . .

I appreciate your kind words. I'm glad that you can notice a difference. This weight loss thing is hard work! It has especially been hard the last couple of weeks. I've been working my butt off more than I ever have when it comes to exercising. I can say that I have seen a few changes in my body (stomach doesn't potrude as much) and my energy level is much higher . . . however, the scale just doesn't seem to want to budge. It's hard not to be frustrated but I know that the overall way that I feel and the changes I have seen mean more than that pesky scale number. I do realize that I haven't been strict enough with my diet . . . and I plan to get that under control starting today. Thanks for checking out my progress . . . your support means more than you can imagine!

Wow! I can't believe you've only lost 10 pounds, because your changes don't look subtle at all. You look like you've lost more like 25lbs. You are really gorgeous!

10 pounds WHAT?? Girl you look like you lost much more than that. Keep on doing what you are doing. Remember inches is what counts, and from your pictures you are definitely LOSING inches!!!

You look so amazing!!! The working out must be helping, because you have look so different. Good for you!!! It can be so hard to keep at it when the changes don't seem to be coming... but just hang in there, I bet anyday now the scale will suddenly plunge downward. Try doing measurements in the meantime, that way you'll see the progress in a different way.
