Help Me Lose, check out the following site. It gives a gradual program to get you into running. It's called C25K (couch to 5K). I follow this (sort of; I find that I generally run until I feel I need a break, then walk, then pick it up again for as long as I'm comforatble. But I started w/this program; seems to work).

I'm 21 years old, finishing school in June, in a wedding in September, GETTING married in December, starting to lose weight and get healthy now! I'm uncomfortable in my clothes and I hate it! Time to Change!
