Kindred - I started on August 8th 2005. There was about 2 months, between mid December and the end of February where I just maintained and didn't lose anything. I pretty much just counted calories (which now I just do off and on depending on my success) and worked out a lot. At the begining I did mostly just cardio, but since March have added a lot of strength training in.
