I'm actually hesitant to post these - partially because I'm not "there" yet, and partially because they're awful pictures, lol! A terribly unhappy face and an embarrassing dressing room pic and a friends dirty bathroom mirror. Eh. "Before" pics are supposed to be bad though, right
I can FINALLY see a difference, with 60 lbs. gone. I walk and use a stationary bike, but I need to get to toning soon. I'm 244 right now, and haven't been this weight since... I'm really not sure. When I was 20 (I'm now 28), I was 265. I went up to 305, and then started losing two years ago. I never had any confidence issues, but I was about to graduate and could not find size 26 suit that looked non-matronly. It's funny what motivates weight loss, isn't it?
