I am not sure what my starting weight was or what my current weight is. In the past if I weighed I would become obsessed with what the scale said. I do not have good pictures from starting weight because I would always avoid the camera. I did not think I had lost much weight but when I compared 2 pictures I saw a BIG difference. I didn't even realize how much my face alone has changed. I know I still have some way to go but this gave me to motivation I needed to keep going.
First goal: under 180:
Second goal: 175 or below:
Third goal: 168 (no longer overweight):
Fourth goal: 161 (what I weighed before I fell off):
Fifth goal: below 160:
Final goal: 145-155:
