Default My 40 pound loss mini-goal (pics)

I'm finally posting pics after a looong debate with myself in my head. I've always hated pictures ..... Of me. So I'm really hoping posting these will snap my brain out of it that there IS a weight loss difference. Because I cannot see it but I can feel it. So, here goes......(hopefully I've uploaded in correct order and if not may there be a difference that you can tell which are which) keep scrolling after pic is there

Heaviest 245 ( give or give 5 lbs)

And pic taken today august 2nd 2014 at 204 pounds

Mini goal 1: 25 pounds lost : goal reached 12/06/14!
Mini goal 2: weigh under 200lbs (199lb) reached 10/08/14! 198.8 lbs
Mini goal 3: 180lb
Mini goal 4: 165lb
Goal: 150 lb
Mini goal 5: 140lb finally weigh less than hubby

Mini Goal 2: No longer Obese ~ 153.4 lbs
Mini Goal 3: First time I started weight loss ~ 140 lbs
Mini Goal 4: No longer overweight ~ 125 lbs
Final Goal: 120 lbs.

A) you look adorable in your before picture! I love your style.

B) you can totally see a difference. your face is slimming down already. 40lbs is awesome! what have you found to be effective, if I may be so nosey?

Teacher1 and apo9: thanks the last 4 pounds for onederland is driving me crazy!

tinneranne2: thanks also my style is..... Trying to find my style living in England I'm american and trying to find what I like but doesn't stick out too much. If that makes sense. English dress very differently. They're more dressed. No sweatpants and sweatshirts. At first I hated it but now I love it. Flats, trousers , layered thin tops and a snood, love the snoods. Those are the scarfs that are in a circle, no ends. It's summer and 8 am it's only 52 F. I'm following a low glycemic/ low carb. I'm obsessed over carbs and chocolate, so they are a no for me I run 3 times a week training with c25k and starting week 6. No secrets sick of being the fat american.

Congrats! You look fantastic! Weight loss can be such a battle. Sometimes I just feel like my body is against me and I'm never going to lose the weight, but I'm just trying to keep patient. A friend of mine told me that I didn't get to where I am now overnight, so I shouldn't expect to lose the weight overnight either. Your posts are really inspiring, so thank you so much for sharing!
