I had a fun weekend, and in the process a friend of mine took some pictures with me in them, so I thought I'd set up a little Before and During.
I'm about halfway to my weight goal right now, and then would like to build more muscle tone.
Before, December 2013:

Definitely still a work in progress, and it's only 10 lbs, but I think you can see a little difference personally.
