My first mini goal was 30 pounds by Color Run which was this past Sat. I exceeded my goal and I am close to a 40lb total loss. My before picture isn't that great.. and I didn't think to take one like the others until I had already lost a bit. Any way, here is what I have. I notice a difference in the side view.
Thanks everyone! and to answer the question about a plan, I am actually just using MyFitnessPal. I cut out sodas and fried food completely, I workout 3-5 times a week and take a Fit Body Bootcamp class at least once a week. I love it though, physically I don't even feel like I weigh this much because I don't think I have ever been this fit at 250+ pounds.
