I began my weight loss mission on 10/18/12. I am trying to stay under 1350 cal a day and doing biggest loser on kinect 20-30 mins 3x a week, and avg 1 mile on treadmil 2x a week. I started at 219 (222 at my biggest) and I'm working towards 155.
