I weighed 150lbs. With a height of 4 11 I felt low of myself.
After 6 months, some Tears and not eating more than my capacity I am at 130lbs.
I know 20 lbs isn't that great.! I can't see a huge difference but I feel good.

You guys have been so helpful. Everytime I felt low and hungry or depressed I came and read the writings and they gave me confidence.
