I'm 11lbs from my goal and I thought I'd share a specific progress picture here.
40lbs ago, I took a progress picture in essentially this exact same outfit (the only difference being the brand/size of jeans I'm wearing, haha!). The first picture I'm at 192 and a size 14, and the second I took this morning weighing 152 and those jeans are a 9/10.
Back at it temporarily!
5lbs ~5 times? Let's do it! One for every 5lbs lost until I get to where I wanna be.
Starting weight: 180 (4/2/15)
Current weight: 178.8 (4/9/15)
Goal weight: Somewhere between 155-165lbs
You my dear are an inspiration. You have lost so much weight total and you stuck to it! I have lost the same 20 pounds over and over and I get within 15 pounds of my goal and I always end giving up! I have been working really hard this last month, and today I was having a REALLY hard day staying on plan. Im sick and I have just been craving comfort food so bad. I was in fact just about to go eat something bad when I saw this post! so essentially, seeing your pictures reminded me that hard work DOES pay off. THANK YOU
