I started this journey a little under 6 months ago. I have gone from 235 lbs to 190 lbs (a bit under 190, but not enough to count yet). I feel amazing but I'm still looking for at least another 45. I'm planning to add strength training for my second six months.
My highest was 245, but I lost ten of those pounds gradually and kept it off. My current weight loss started on 07/10/12 and I weighed 235 pounds. Updated: 12/31/12
