Squats, Squats, Squats, and deadlifts. Try to lift progressively heavier weights. Workout 3x a week with at least one day off in between. I recommend 3 sets of 5 reps at a weight that pushes you HARD so that you need rest inbetween sets. Good luck!

Finally got the squats down and increasing the kettlebell weight. I tried on some short shorts the other day and though I still need work I see me buying a pair by summer time. Lifting weights 3 times a week and loving it. Thanks
