Nearly 60lbs gone (picture!)
 

So I've been contimplating putting these up, but I feel to overcome my feelings of inadequacy that I haven't done enough this would help. So heres my before and during pictures.
Before pic I weigh 245 during pic I weight 191 something like that. Looking at these makes me feel good, and let's me know all those squats are working haha. I still have 40-50 lbs to go but I'm glad I've come this far. Oh please excuse the messy room and dirty mirror. Eeep
