Maybe I'm posting too much, but my success is 50% based on the support and inspiring stories I see on 3fatchicks!
So, as some of you know I started a lifestyle change in July 2012. I was 251 pounds. In May 2012 I weighed 258 pounds and could only lose 7 pounds by July. Finally something clicked. I started eating 1200 calories a day, and drinking a bit more water. I'll be honest I don't drink as much water as I should and I am still fighting my Diet Coke addiction. Yes, as bad for me as it is I still have at least one a day. Sometimes more. I also eat one pre packaged meal a day, usually a Lean Cuisine because I've come to love them. But, up until about two weeks ago I wasn't exercising as much as I should. I downloaded the free android "Daily Workouts" and have been doing those every other day and am losing inches pretty fast.
Anyway, here I am at 199 pounds. I haven't seen that since before my son was born in 2009. Wow. It feels so good, yet it makes me want to work even harder to make sure I never see 200 on a scale again. I am going to be setting mini goals of 10 pounds until I reach my goal. Each time I see the scale go down it makes me want to dance!
