I am thoroughly enjoying my journey to a healthier me.
My eating plan is effectivly low carb, calorie counting.
I walk 3 times a week as well as my once a week dance class.
I do however now see the need to add some weight training.
The motivation that I have had from 3fat posters is incredible, so I would like to say to anyone wanting to take their life and health to a new level. If I can do it, so can you!
