Default 70 lbs down, 1/3 way to goal
For obvious reasons, I'm not keen on having my picture taken, so there aren't many pics of me at my heaviest weight. I relocated in Nov. 2010 and the pictures in the grey sweater are from Dec. 2010 at around 290 lbs. I gained 25 more lbs (depression, stress) before I embarked on my current weightloss journey. The picture in the purple shirt was late May 2011, not quite at my heaviest of 315 in August 2011.

I lost 24 lbs between August 2011 and Jan. 2012 by making simple adjustments to my diet. I started following the IP protocol using alternatives Jan. 3rd 2012. As of last week, I've officially lost 70 lbs. in one year and I'm now back to what I weighed about 7 years ago. I have a long ways to go till goal, but seeing the progress in pictures is certainly encouraging.
