Hello all :)

I just went for my 4th Ideal Protein weigh-in today: 22 pounds gone in 28 days! I also had to do a little emergency clothes shopping because NOTHING fits me anymore! I'd like to share some pictures of my progress. The left was taken in the beginning of may at my heaviest, and I have no photo of me standing but I was shocked at how big I look in that picture. :o The right was taken just now with my cell phone.

I've been looking through the pictures and the progress is amazing, keep it up everyone :hug:
