any difference?
just wondering if anyone can see any difference in my 'muffin tops'??

definitely the lower one has much less definition (ergo, is smaller) than the top picture.
but i don't think those are muffin tops - muffin top is when your pants are too tight and your stomach hangs over your waistband while being pushed up at the same time. i believe what you've got is just called "back flab". oh - and i think your hips are smaller, too. nice tat, btw. |
oh lol i thought it was a muffin top cause it looks like the top of a muffin that hangs over the edge

The second photo looks like it could be me...but with different tats. Yes, you look different and smaller in the lower photo. keep up the hard work.

no - if you look at the top pic, your hips are more "roll" shaped while in the bottom, they're more vase-shaped.
there's more taper betw the top rolls and your hips, too, which might be why you see them as larger than in the top (in the top photo, your hips almost even with the back rolls). |
You need better comparison shots,too far away in the bottom one.

iv took some more today. going to take some every 10 days or so. scale wize iv lost next to nothing but i think i can see a slight differnce again...

there is some progress has some said above thats not muffin top hehe we call them love handles some tricks to losing them is take like 2lbs weighs one in each hand put your arms down by your sides and go straight up to a T position with your arms and then go back to your sides do this atleast 20 times daily and also holding weight above your head and bending arms back behind your head and then straighten back up. those to really work your back im sure there is a lot more but just a little thing you could try. :) keep going! :)
