I really started changing the way I ate in I believe toward the end of 2010. Took a year in a half basically to loose all that weight but now it seems my weight is staying between 137 and 147 depending on what I eat.
Short term goal - 186 by July 1st 2013
Goal -140 by Sept 1st 2013
