my first goal reached!
I have lost 62 pounds total since my highest weight of 413 pounds. I have so much more to go..but I am proud to have reached this level. I now feel as if there's hope for me to keep going. Any encouragement is appreciated. Thanks and God Bless you all!

Thanks guys!!! I am trying to push myself harder...meaning working out more consistently, drinking water, resting, and watching what I eat. Most of the weight was lost this year..and I can move around better. God please give me the strength to keep going...
