Lamscan Junior Member Join Date: Nov 2011 Location: Elmira, NY Posts: 1 S/C/G: 223/189/160 Height: 5'5"	My goals I have been on Medifast since July 25, 2011. I have lost 34 pounds and have 20 pounds to go to my big goal. If that happens before I am 90, I will go to 160.

raworz not for anyone but me Join Date: Aug 2011 Location: seattle, wa Posts: 44 S/C/G: 230/189/149 Height: 5'5"	ooh how exciting! congrats! __________________ 1st mini goal: 200 (12-13-2011) 2nd mini goal: 190(Weighed at DR's 5/7/12 189 lbs!) 3rd mini goal: 180 (hs weight! 179 overweight bmi lol) 4th mini goal: 170 (lowest I've ever been) 5th mini goal: 160 (never been) 6th mini goal: 155 (omg >.< )
