For the first 6 weeks, I ate about 1400-1500 calories most days (with about one 1800-2000 calorie day a week), and worked out for 30-45 mins 4 to 5 times a week. The past couple weeks I've been eating about the same but working out for an hour almost every day.
I don't see a huge change, but my clothes are definitely fitting better!
In Rome, August 2011, two weeks before I started eating better/working out:
1. Under 160 by 10/31 Goal met!
3. 150 or under by 2/1/12
4. Hit goal of 135 in March 2012
Lost all my regain! Now onto next goal!
lose 15 pounds by May 2014! 175/160 If you keep doing what you always did, you will get what you always got.
The only sure fire way it can not happen is if you quit.
