I've been trying to loose the "baby weight" for a long time, but I really got serious about it on Sept. 1, 2011 when I joined this forum. Thanks to you guys, some exercise (swimming rocks!), counting calories at first and then watching what I eat, I've lost around 20lbs!
I'm quite proud of myself, because the past two months have included my birthday, my husband's birthday, and a week in London.
Here are pics. I see a bit of a difference, but not as much as I want. Hopefully I can continue to shed a few pounds-- I'd like to be at least at 130 since that was my pre-baby weight, but maybe even a bit below that? Who knows!
The first two pictures are from this summer when I was around 160-170lbs. The last three pictures are from yesterday and last week, and I weight around 138!
