SW: 234 CW: 168: Total Loss: 66lbs
On September 15th, 2010 I made a decision to change my life. I'd made tons of promises before then, and never ended up keeping them to myself. But that was the decision that stuck. One year later and I am 66lbs lighter and a totally new person! I'm more confident, more productive, healthier, and happier! I've competed in an Iron Goddess triathlon, fallen in love with kickboxing, and tried out Tai Chi. I have so many new experiences, new friends, and a fresh outlook on life. I'm still working hard, because I'm not quite at goal yet, but I'm happy with my progress so far.

168lbs ^_^ Here are some pictures, I hope they help to inspire some of you to keep with, stay on track, and remember that your physical appearance isn't the only thing that transforms, but the way that you feel about yourself. And that is the BEST reward!
