I started out at 236 and am now at 208. My mini-goal is to reach 199 (just so I can say I'm under 200 lbs hahaha). My overall goal is to hit about 175. I want to go by how I look, not necessarily by how much I weigh, but I think 175 will be a good look for me. If I need to, I'll work from there. But I'm excited! I can see the difference!

There is somthing about losing the first thirty pounds, it was about then that it hit me that I had realy lost alot of weight! You are doing great !
