WOW! When I started this journey in late May, I had NO IDEA how great I would feel just a few weeks later!! I've got so much more energy, I exercise every day and I just feel fantastic!
I reached a mini-goal of getting my BMI under 40 this week. I started at 291, and unfortunately didn't get any pictures until I was at 276. Here's a photo comparison of 276 and me today, at 249. I'm not nearly done, but it's an awesome start!
