Can you even spot the difference?
I've lost 15 lbs, but I can hardly see it in myself. It just felt like such a lot of time and effort to see so little. I guess being 5'8 means it wont really show as much? Or do I just have to adjust my eyes? Don't get me wrong, I am happier where I am!
I know my 'before' pics aren't really ideal, but it's the best I have.

I can definitely see the difference. Your face looks slimmer and your legs are sticks! Your tummy also looks flatter. Your arms are very slim now, although I can't compare them to your 'before' picture because you are wearing a sweater. You look great! Remember, you're your own worst critic.  Congrats on the loss!

Your face and tummy are DEFINITELY slimmer! I will say, as someone who's 5'9", the weight sometimes doesn't show as fast, because we're taller - same principle when you put it on. It doesn't always show right away! But in your case, I can definitely see the difference. You're very pretty!

Ksquared~ Ha, well 4 lbs takes 4 weeks for me, but I took a break so I didn't make it. You're right though, I'll look on the positive side. Good luck to you!

There is a significant difference in your face - your chin is way more defined and overall your features are more defined (and so pretty and feminine!). Plus, your little bit of tummy that was there before is totally gone. Do you take your measurements? They might show you a more significant change than the scale does.

I didn't take measurements when I started, so I'm not really sure what I've lost. My dress size is smaller though. I went birthday shopping yesterday and my skirt was falling down! Decent timing for new clothes, I guess.

You can def tell inyour face.congrats! I hate how bloated my face looks, so im always interested in how weightloss affects peoples faces. I know im a weirdo :-)

I can see the difference! You're looking great! as others have said, your stomach, legs and arms look smaller!
You're right though, on tall folks it can take a bit more weight before you see the difference. On us shorter folks, people generally notice every five pounds! Unfair, I know, but us shorter folks need SOMETHING on you tall folks!
