Wow, Congrats. You look amazing. I am hoping to join that elusive club I was excluded from years ago. My goal is to get back to the level I was when i was 20 and post a picture with abs again. I am glad to see that IP works so well.

Current (Aug 3,2011) - 220
Goal (????) - somewhere around 198-90 and abs

You look amazing! Did you find that the closer you got to goal the less supportive friends/family were? I had about 40 pounds to lose. Lost the first 10 or so on the Makers diet, and the rest (17 so far) im losing on IP. I have 10 pounds to go, and everyone keeps telling me i'll get too skinny or I already look good. These comments usually come from friends a lot heavier than me. Its all relative I guess. Again you look fabulous and are an inspiration!

Thanks! i don't think anyone has told me i'm too skinny yet. i feel like my mom probably would, but i haven't seen her since march when i was 193 lbs. my friends have all been very supportive, but some like to make fun of me for not having a butt anymore. i used to have a BIG butt, but now it is almost nonexistent. i made it down to a size 4 and i realized that i was getting too thin so i phased off. now it's time to tone up with exercise!

Laura, you look fantastic! I am so grateful that you are still around the forum posting. I believe IP will take the weight off but I am terrified of gaining it back. Seeing someone like you inspires me and helps me relax and enjoy the process. Another fear is losing muscle and becoming a smaller version of me that looks like a sack of potatoes. Seeing you looking so fit puts that fear at ease too.
So, I am going to relax and enjoy my ketosis energy. Please stay! I want you to be here for MY after pictures.
