41 lbs gone only a little over 100lbs to go
 

I started IP on April 27th and as of Oct 27th I have loss 93lbs in 27 weeks so I thought I would show my progress so far....I will try to attach a body pic as well. If it doesn't work you can see it in my profile

I thought I would let everyone see what I look like now that I have lost 73lbs. I am doing Ideal Protein and in 20 weeks I have lost 73lbs and 69 inches. I still have 66lbs left to go but I am over my halfway point now and still going strong. Good luck to everyone :)

And I'd like to say- you have a fantastic attitude! What made me open your post was the thread title- "ONLY a little over 100 lbs to go". I feel sure just from read your thread title that you are going to reach your goal!

Thank you. I plan on reaching my goal by Christmas but it I don't that is ok, I won't let it bother me. I know I am not giving up and that I will get there no matter how long it takes me. I have now 73lbs gone and 66lbs left to go. Its an ongoing process that will be a lifetime for me. I have made the lifestyle change in the right direction.....off to the next 66lbs....full steam ahead!
