here are my updated pictures. these pictures are not good, but i decided to add them anyway cause i need to know if anyone can see any difference yet. no one in my family has said a word, and that is kind of discouraging.

Oh, you can absolutely tell a difference! Great job!

That's the thing about taking pictures to track your progress. When you look in the mirror every day ( or when friends and family see you every day ) it can be hard to notice the incremental changes. Pictures really help drive home how big the changes actually are over time.

I can tell a difference. None of my family or friends comment on my loss either. Idk. I would rather wait till they notice than tell them, cause then you wonder if they are just saying something b/c you mentioned it. LOL!

You look a lot different! You can definately see where the back fat has gone from, as well as your upper stomach has shrunk significantly.

You have a similar body shape to me and I think we both lose from the head down lol. In the few pictures where I can see your face and collarbone area, I can really tell the difference. Also, your waist has definitely shrunk. Keep up the great work!
