60 gone, getting closer......
Well, its time for a picture! Was feeling brave, and boy was I shocked. I always hate getting my picture taken. I know why, I guess deep down inside of me I knew it wasnt good to the size I was.
I wonder if they make IP for cats LOL. Looks like my cat was getting my bad habbits.

AWWW ty gals!
Did a program belle et mince, for three months, its a low carb diet, lost 20 lbs there. You go once a week pay 9$, its ok, but I got bored and hit a plateau.
So went to WW, and that was a joke, tried for 3 months online and didnt lose a pound. Found it took to long to calculate my points all the time.
So..........joined a gym lol.....they sold these protien like products, so for two weeks I checked online about it, then said what the heck tried it. Very strict but good results. Ideal protien. About 100$ a week for phase one. then its goes down, in price fast, but the most important is the end where you learn to feed your body for fuel and not emotions. I am not there yet, but I dont want to gain it back. Yes I am still going to the gym 6 times a week. Its a ladys gym called SWANN, kind of like CURVES.
