I haven't done any particular diet , i've just kept my calories under 1400 a day and tried to eat less fat ,keeping a food diary really helped me , I actually have ended up eating more as i now eat little and often so hunger hasn't really been an issue .
As for exercise i've just been building up slowly increasing from walking on the treadmill to jogging , i try to keep in varied by doing incline work , staionary bike , rowing machine .
I love using my own excess weight as my gym too ( make it earn it's keep ) , so lunges ,squats ,push ups , burpees are all elements of circuits i do , I try to use as many muscle groups as possible each work out , as more muscles burning mean more calories consumed .
I am by no means an expert i've just tried different things and this seems to be working for me , I did fall off the wagon this jan , but i'm back to the second pic weight now and pushing on to get these next 2 stone off (28lbs) .
