Default First time in my life to be "overweight"
I am officially into the "just overweight" BMI catagory. As much as I do not hold too much store in the BMI it is very nice to no longer actually be classed as OBESE!

Here's my Before and Now pictures...still a ways to go but getting there.

My current weight is 172. In my "before pics I would have been around 250lbs.

awesome for your success. I too don't think BMI says the whole story. I only gain on my tummy. At my biggest, my waist was 38". My hips are only 40". The hip-waist ratio gives a clearer indication of health. For me, because I gain only on my tummy, that shows sugar problems.
