Default Size 16 to 6 in under 6 months!
all thanks to IP! i only have 10 lbs left to go before i begin maintenance. the 3rd picture is of me with the pants on that i used to wear in january (size 16).

the last picture is 1 pound away from my goal weight of 145. The belt is the same one i was wearing in the first picture. the slack shows how many inches i have lost off my hips.

Wow!!! I just started the IP Program today. What greater inspiration could I
ask for on Day 1. Glad to know there's someone else in my neck of the woods in the SF Bay area on this site and succeeding at the programs that I'm beginning. Thanks for sharing.
