Half way there... 92lbs gone :)
I have lost 92lbs in 6 months on the Ideal Protein program && I can not wait to post in the GOAL album =))

Round two - Starting September 24, 2011. I have lowered my goal weight so I have more to lose then I did before =)) I am happy to say I have kept the previous weight I have lost off.
Started IP on September 9th, 2010. Greatest decision I have ever made!
