27lbs GONE!!!

So I have lost 27lbs so far on my journey. It has been a crazy journey with definite mental ups and downs, not to mention weight gains & losses. I feel that it is time for me to post some pics to help me stay on track. I think I can see a difference, and I know I feel a difference in my body and energy levels.

Thank you to everyone on here! You are all such an inspiration to me and help me to stay motvated I still have around 50lbs to go, but I'm proud of what I have accomplished so far.

The before pics (the first 3) are of me at about 210lbs. As you can see, in the pic of me in the blue shirt, my wedding ring only fit on my pinky (and even that was a bit snug). The after pics (the last 2) are of me now at 186lb and I am able to comfortably wear my wedding ring on my ring finger again

Congrats on the weight loss so far, and good luck reaching your goal. Also, thank you for posting these, they are exactly what I needed/wanted to see. I'm currently at 210, and I hope to be in the 180's by July, so your pictures just showed me how much better I could look and really motivated me.

Thanks you guys! It's nice to hear other people say they see a change. I see me everyday so it's hard to see a difference

Good luck on your weight loss xLindsay46! Just stay with it and you'll see the lbs fall off When I was 213lbs it was hard for me to believe that I could change, but I just decided that I would take it one day at a time. I think that's the trick, just one day at a time
