Great job girl! Keep up the great work! Im wondering if you wouldnt mind sharing a day in your maintanence diet and work out plan since finishing IP? Im finding it difficult to find the right balance....scared of eating too many carbs and gaining weight again! But at the same time, I desparately want to tone up and get the Jillian Michaels look...lol
