Default Finally at 200 lbs!
So, I started my weight loss last June 2010 at 266 lbs. I am now at 199 lbs!!

I counted calories and did Couch25K. I hope to be at my goal of 150 by the end of this year.

Great job! I'm so happy for you! I can't wait to see your post announcing you've reached your goal weight-- you can do it

I'm also excited to see that you counted calories and did couch25k which is what I'm currently doing-- great motivation that I needed.

Thanks!! I'm going to try to reach my goal by my 35th bday in September but I'll be happy as long as it's by Christmas.

Congrats! You look great You've made such a difference for yourself already! It's all downhill from here!

I have to get back on the Couch25K wagon :x I fell off a couple weeks ago at week 5 (oh man, that's the big tough change week for sure) but I know I can get back on! I want it! Thanks for the motivation!

Week 5 was hard. I am planning on running again once the weather gets warmer. I hope that it will help me lose the last half of my weight.
