I haven't lost a lot of weight but I'm excited. My sister said I lost weight but I believe it's inches she sees.

I finally feel like I'm on the right track. Hey I know I'm on the right track because I haven't dived into the bag of oreo cookies sitting on top of my fridge.

Isn't it nice to see yourself take off enough that you can't just say, "oh, it was water weight" or something? Keep on it!
