I love the way this forum has gone today. It seems so upbeat and positive. This is why I keep checking in. I'm so encouraged to keep going.

Today was WI#4 and I only loss a couple oz, but I'm "not" discouraged because I am losing inches like crazy! Also my TOM and I generally fluctuate all day for a couple of days 4-5lbs. Next week I will have some extra nice numbers on the scale. For now just taking one day at a time!
