Jolie's Progress Photos
I've been doing Ideal Protein for 7 1/2 weeks, and finally see a little difference in myself. I've lost lots of inches, and four to five sizes! How is it that our own eyes can't adjust? Anyway, here is what I've accomplished so far! The black with tights is the "Before" and the purple and khaki is from yesterday...I think you could tell that for yourself, though!

Yes, pants sizes...I started at a (snug) 24, and can (squeeze) into a 16 now. Tops from a 3x to an XL. I'm excited! My goal is to be in an 8-10 by our Disney vacation in mid-September, and I just know I'll be able to do it!

Congratulations! 
Your loss is definitely noticeable to those of us who aren't used to seeing you in the mirror, believe me. You look great in that shade of purple, by the way.
I see you're a fellow Louisianian--I'm convinced we have a tough time of it because the food here's so ridiculously good.

I think you are right! The food in the south is too good and very rich!! I have imagined how hard it would be to lose weight with so much temptation. Portion control is the only way to beat it - and a lot of self contol
