You look fantastic. Tell me how did you make yourself start again after you phased off....I am really struggling to get back after my coach told me to phase off over holidays. ANY tips would really be appreciated

Hi Everyone...It has been a good day so far. Had my breakfast and just had a lunch. my lettuce, veggies and IP pineapple and Banana drink. Life is good....I can't wait to go on friday for my first week evaluation? What exactly do they do? do they measure and weigh you every week?
